As the thr next door neighbours to the house being extended can say that Greham and Keith have kept us well informed as to work being carried out so as necessary we knew when it was advisable to avoid putting washing out, if there where any noisey work being done, asking if they could block the drive for a short a short time etc. Stabdard of work was outstanding sn example of this was the foundations which were to a depth you could have build multi storey flats on them. There is only one small problem we want to dicuss with Greham, but I am sure it will be sorted What I would say if you want an extention doing get Greham Bryden to do the job, that is if he has a dpace in the work schedule to fit you in

Great weekend had at the Carfest down in Cheshire. Van was perfect for us, easy to drive, uncomplicated and just the right size for the weekend for my wife, daughter and I. In great condition, very clean and hopefully we returned it that way too.... even after a wet music filled weekend..... We will definitely be back to hire again. Thanks Michael.

Core joinery provides an excellent professional service. Scott fitted some alcove shelving and dado rail which we are delighted with. The workmanship is second to none and I can't recommend him highly enough!

When we decided to go ahead, the installation was timed to suit our calendar. Chris, the engineer, turned up promptly on time and carried out the work with the minmum of fuss. The job was left clean and tidy. An excellent job carried out by professionals from start to finish and they will get my annual servicing.

We are very impressed with Rob’s skills and professionalism. He came out to us at very short notice on a bank holiday to sort out a hazardous wiring fault. It was clear that we needed to replace our ageing consumer unit in order to make our wiring safe and we happily invited Rob back to carry out this complex installation. He did a meticulous job in three stages - wiring survey, installation and testing. A very good day’s work for a fair price.

Rob came out within 2 days of my call to do a full safety/electrical check on my house. He was extremely professional and thorough, and had the completed report back to me within a couple of days. I will definitely use Rob again and would recommend him to anyone.

I had great service from this company when I needed my TV mounted onto a wall with the wires hidden and aerial repositioned. What a really nice, family run hotel. I couldn't of been made more welcome. The husband and wife team are so friendly, breakfast is pipping hot, freshly made for you too. The rooms are clean and more than big enough for 2 people to share. The only draw back is that it's a shared bathroom along the hallway, this is ok if the hotel is quiet, but a bit daunting when it's busy. Would I stay here again........ Most definitely Very good value for money.

Used Whitley bay for years now both dogs and cats are always great.

Always great with our two bedlingtons. Always fed and kept comfortable would recommend. To the one star reviewer, this is a boarding kennel not a pamper parlour. You must have left instruction and food for feeding your dog surely, and if not or even if so how can you place the blame solely on the kennel for your dogs loss of weight.

I've entrusted my dog Logan with Soledog for daily walks. I'm always impressed by the considerate service. Logan gets out on the beach for a good run and fun! Fully recommended.

Cannot fault the service and friendliness of Pete/Sole dog. Incredibly organised and very understanding of our needs (and our “lively” terrier) We are very fussy who we consider to look after our pooch and are 100% happy with Soledog. I’m actually really relaxed knowing he’s in capable hands. (Paranoid dog owner) Pete is a great bloke that even uses 2 leads at my request ha. Our dog loves him and actually tries to go in his gate every time we walk past Petes house. You won’t go far wrong with these guys. Jamie

Neil was recommended to me by a very good friend after I told her the traumas I'd previously encountered with other photographers in the North East either not being efficient or not carrying out the standard of work how I required for my online clothing business where imagery is paramount. He was extremely professional and had some great ideas which I had never thought about previously before. I talked him through a brief and he quickly formulated a plan and found the ideal location for the shoot. He was thorough and professional throughout and my models all felt at ease. His direction is more relaxed than other photographers so the flow of the shoot was a lot calmer which enabled a succession of magazine worthy shots. Neil processed and edited the images within 24 hours which was fantastic for our business as we work on quick turnaround times and rely heavily on imagery for promotion. I have found not only a real professional but somebody who is passionate about achieving their customer's briefs and adding an additional extra twist to add more personality. I recommend anybody who is looking for a fabulous photographer to give him a ring he really is a credit to the trade

Neil is GREAT! Our pictures came out amazing and were exactly what we were after! Images came back very quickly after post processing. He is very comfortable to work with and we’re beyond satisfied! Can't wait to use him again for another occasion!

We met Phil at a wedding fair and instantly knew we wanted him as our photographer. His work is so unique and speaks for its self. What we didn’t want was hours of posing for shots and waiting for group shots, taking up so much time on our big day. Phil was unobtrusive and got the best out of everyone, even the most reluctant guest. The run up to the wedding we were in constant contact with Phil who was better than our wedding planner s and sorted a timeline of the day making everything run so smoothly. We had meet Phil at Lumley Castle and decided on shots around the grounds. But to our dismay waking up on our wedding morning and seeing it was one of the wettest days of the year was heart breaking! But Phil turned this to our advantage and we have some amazing dancing in the rain shots that are so unique to us. Looking back at our beautiful album the rain was one of the best things to happen on the day! It was Phil who made it possible. He made us laugh and put us at ease creating some of the best memories of our wedding day (how many brides can say they danced in the rain on their wedding day!). We cannot thank Phil enough for our beautiful photographs; our most treasured shots are those perfect moments, when you think no one’s watching. Phil captured these beautifully. Thank you Phil we will cherish our photographs forever.

I got some vouchers from friends for a photo shoot with Tina. At first I was incredibly apprehensive as none of us are comfortable having our pictures taken. I need not have worried because Tina is incredibly warm, friendly and flexible and before we knew it we had natural and lovely photos of our family to cherish. I have also since become a great admirer of her newborn photos which look just adorable. Can recommend Tina highly as an approachable, reliable, knowledgeable and professional photographer.

Tina is absolutely fabulous!!! She makes you and most importantly your baby feel so comfortable and at ease. Her photographs are beautiful and capture all the special little features of your newborn. I look forward to her photographing our little rainbow baby as he grows up!! Definitely recommend Captured Forever, she has many awards for good reason.

Excellent service from Paul Taylor Plumbing and Maintenance. Would highly reccomend. Very prompt and friendly. We had a washing machine inlet valve replaced and a washing machine removed and a new one installed. Paul even helped my husband carry my old washing outside! Reasonable fee. This is my second review of Hastings Plumbing. I came across my first review of two years ago and realized that I had been unnecessarily harsh, Although my review was accurate what I failed to appreciate was the fact that the problem that I experienced was down to human error, which happens from time to time. The fact remains that all my previous dealings with Hastings had been first class in every way and in all honesty I cannot speak highly enough about them, In my defense it was because they had always been so brilliant that I was so disappointed when things did not go so smoothly on that occasion, I hope that this goes some way to righting what I consider to be a rather unfair review. I also appreciate the opportunity to try and set the record straight.

Genuinely the best Chinese take-away in the UK (I've tried many). Great portions, fresh ingredients and friendly service. I now live in the South of England, but when I come back North to see family, I always come to New Claremont. The house special fried rice is the finest I've ever had with good sized prawns, nice meat portions and tasty sauce.

Have used Eastcoast many times they have always arrived on or slightly before time. Drivers polite and helpful and cars have always been clean. Have found that when arriving from a flight give them a call and cab has arrived within 10 to 20 minutes,sometimes waiting when i leave airport and remember its a lot cheaper than airport taxis

Honestly mate I can't lie I didn't even get a taxi but I rang them and she told me where the metro station was and I respect that on so many levels. Cracking directions. A five star service.

I phoned on Thursday and the job was booked in for Monday morning. Danny carried out the work then and there. The price was very reasonable and the work carried out was of a very high quality. I would definitely recommend Airband Aerials - 10 out of 10.

I called Airband Aerials for to sort out bad reception problem for my elderly mother on main tv and to place an extra lead and aerial for her portable tv in another room. He was very professional and done a great job and price was very reasonable. So much so I got him out again two weeks later to replace everything in my house with high quality cables and aerial and did a fantastic job. Great service all round highly recommended.

Following a severe storm my TV aerial was damaged causing interference on all channels. I sent a text message to ATV Aerial and Satellite and received a quick response with with an offer of a free assessment and estimate two days later. Following the assessment and very professional advice I had a new aerial and mast fitted the following day. I would recommend this company for a professional service at a realistic price.

Very nice atmosphere very caring staff from reception to Abbey the lovely vet who put my dog at ease treated him well with individualised care based on his needs . Only 1 vet so care continuous I would recommend this particular practice because of continuous caring environment and continuity of care .

Always outstanding services for our three dogs,. Never fails to impress. UPDATE: And yet again, another brilliant consultation for our old and ailing Westie. The vets speak to you as an intelligent adult and care about what you need as much as your pet. Not so much of that going on with NHS doctors and nurses!

I couldn't suggest a better place to take your pets. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I take my animals there I leave feeling like my pet has got the best help it could have. They are great with a variety of animals but in my experience they can only offer limited help when it comes to reptiles. I highly recommend trying them.
